Anxiety - Keeping Calm in Challenging Times
This time at livewell we'll be tackling the challenge of anxiety. Join us to learn why anxiety is an essential healthy human emotion - but also the one we probably hate the most, and the one which causes most problems and even illness.
We'll be sharing thoughts and tips on how to manage anxiety and hearing from our panel of local experts who will bring personal experience and professional wisdom to help us all in life's most anxious seasons.
We know that coming to an event like this can be tough ESPECIALLY if you struggle with anxiety - St Matthias is a relaxed friendly space and we'll have free drinks and nibbles and plenty of time to chat with others as well as hear from our experts so why not grab a friend and come together!
